The owner counts as an educator when they document. So:
Add or remove educators from Billing in the app whenever you like. The next invoice follows the change.
The plain questions
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose to continue, and add a card, or you don't. If you don't, your service turns read-only: everything is still there to read and export, and nothing is deleted. Pay later and it picks up where it left off.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Billing in the app. You keep access to the end of the period you've paid for, then your service turns read-only. It is never deleted, and you can still export everything.
Do I get a tax invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with a tax invoice showing the GST.
Who counts as an educator?
Anyone with their own login to your service: the owner, an educator, an assistant who documents. A scheme coordinator you've given the one-page summary to doesn't count.
Is there a discount for a scheme or a group?
Not yet. If you run a scheme and want to bring your educators across together, write to us and we'll talk.
Where does the money go?
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
